Privacy notice
Last updated 1 September 2026
This notice explains what information the Mysore Mystery ("The Hidden Word") campaign collects when you enter, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you take part in the Mysore Mystery campaign we collect the name and mobile number you enter, each guess you submit, and the campaign source (for example, which hoarding's QR code you scanned) so we can attribute entries correctly.
How we use it
We use this information to record and verify your entries, to make sure a phone number that has already guessed correctly can't submit again, to contact winners, and to understand which hoardings and sources are driving entries.
How we store it
Entries are stored in a private database and are only visible in a password-protected admin dashboard used by the campaign team. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep entry data for the duration of the campaign and for a reasonable period afterward to verify winners and report on campaign performance, after which it may be deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about your entry, or to delete it, by messaging us on Instagram.
